About The ADU Lab

The ADU Lab is a collaboration between local architect Beth Mosenthal, AIA (C1 Architecture + Design) and structural engineer Jamie Ho, PE (Hope Structural, LLC). Both Beth and Jamie have extensive experience in their respective fields in Denver and throughout Colorado. In particular Beth and Jamie have successfully ushered plans and projects through the Denver Building Department's notoriously difficult residential review process, prioritizing consistent communication and quick response times to both their clients, contractors, and City officials.
