If you're a contractor, sub-contractor, developer, or even an architect and are interested in a preliminary fee schedule for architectural and/or structural plans, the best way to reach us is via the contact form.  We are licensed in other states, but the focus of our ADU plans are for projects located within Colorado.

For homeowners, a typical design process is an introductory meeting in person or via zoom, to discuss your project and determine if we are a good fit for your needs.  Then, we can provide a proposal that is specific to your project and site, prior to kicking off the design process.
